Role & responsibilities

Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Management

• Drive workforce demand and supply forecasting aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct skill gap assessments and implement capability-building initiatives.
• Support manpower planning, budgeting, forecasting, and labor cost management.
• Develop workforce optimization strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Lead succession planning and talent pipeline development initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and talent management programs.
• Contribute to PMS (Performance Management System) and talent management processes.
• Leverage workforce analytics and technology to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in workforce restructuring, outsourcing, and cost optimization initiatives.

HR Analytics & Insights

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights.
• Develop predictive analytics models for attrition, retention, and workforce planning.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and leadership presentations.
• Track key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, diversity, productivity, and labor costs.
• Present insights through data visualization and management reporting.
• Drive data-based recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and talent outcomes.
• Monitor workforce and talent metrics to support strategic HR initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or Talent Management
  • Strong expertise in Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Labor Cost Management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Sound understanding of PMS and Talent Management processes
