Human Resource Specialist

• Design, implement and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and advance organizational capabilities
• Implement e-learning solutions and instructor led training to enhance learning experience
• Determine and assess learning needs through skill gap analysis and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with global and local teams and department heads to identify skill gaps and develop strategic learning solutions
• Measure Training effectiveness using metrics and feedback. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in capability development.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the organizations goals.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, guides and manuals.

Skills:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, requires the following qualifications

• Ten + Years experience of Training & Development
• Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Strong understanding of instructional design theory and implementation
• Excellent communication and Leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Stakeholder management
• Manage external training vendors and consultants

Education:

Bachelors degree or higher
