Human Resource Services Lead-BPS

PG- Post Graduate - Specialization in Human Resource Management - The candidate should have at least 8+ years of work experience as an HR generalist preferably in a BPS environment - Should have an experience managing first level managers (for Manager HRBP profile) or even second level managers for Sr. Manager HRBP profile) - Should have managed a team span of 4 or more team members and 800+ employees - Understands IT/ITES culture - Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills - Good client interfacing skills - Energetic and self-driven individual, with a focus on self and team development - Employee development and performance management skills. - Ability to supervise and train the team, to improve organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments - Good knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices, systems, procedures and current trends - Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. - Flexible to work in shifts
