Human Resource Service Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, rewards & recognition, training & development.
  
• Ensure accurate data management through effective employee data maintenance in SuccessFactors.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees by resolving their queries related to payroll processing (Hire To Retire) using Shared Services model.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  
• Analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in Employee Life Cycle Management.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors module including Recruitment-to-Retirement (RTR), Performance Management System (PMS), Learning Management System (LMS).
  
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing system for incident resolution.
