Human Resource Recruitment Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
