Human Resource Recruitment Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
• Prepare interview schedules, send out invitations, and follow up on candidate attendance.
• Negotiate salary packages and other benefits with selected candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field (hiring, staffing).
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in English; strong spoken English required.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes.
