Human Resource Recruitment Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Company as assigned.
• Understand job requirements and candidate profiles in consultation with management and relevant stakeholders.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, social media, databases, and other appropriate recruitment channels.
• Identify and attract suitable professionals based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job specifications.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience, availability, salary expectations, and overall suitability.
• Shortlist and present relevant candidates to the hiring team for further evaluation.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels/managers.
• Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidat experience.
• Manage multiple open positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously while meeting defined hiring timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and salary negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using various tools for candidate sourcing and management (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
