Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process.
• Assist with employee documentation, orientation, and employer branding activities.
• Monitor recruitment progress and hiring metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
