Job Summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various banking roles. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer management, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements from business stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
• Manage candidate documentation and background verification requirements.
• Conduct salary discussions and negotiate offers within approved compensation guidelines.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain recruitment MIS reports.
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined TAT.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
