Human Resource Recruiter

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for business and support functions, with a strong focus on timely closures, quality of hire, candidate experience, and adherence to approved manpower plans. The role requires close coordination with hiring managers and business stakeholders, effective sourcing across multiple channels, and accurate recruitment reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from manpower requirement validation and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer release, joining follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and business teams to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and closure timelines.
• Drive bulk hiring for field sales and customer-facing roles, while supporting other functions as assigned.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, walk-ins, placement agencies, consultants, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for role fit, communication, experience, compensation, and availability.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and proactively manage interview no-shows, offer declines, and joining dropouts.
• Coordinate offer documentation, pre-joining engagement, background/data verification, and Day 1 onboarding requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics including open positions, ageing, source-wise productivity, offers, joining ratio, and time-to-fill.
• Ensure recruitment records, candidate details, approvals, and hiring trackers are accurate and updated.
• Work within approved manpower requisitions, hiring budgets, recruitment policies, and compliance requirementShare periodic hiring updates and highlight risks, bottlenecks, and corrective actions to stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

• Strong sourcing skills across job portals, referrals, social/professional platforms, walk-ins, and recruitment agencies.
• Candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS/recruitment modules, and recruitment dashboards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting, including trackers, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics, manpower requisitions, documentation, and hiring compliance.

Additional Remarks:

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver against agreed hiring timelines.
• Flexibility to support bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and recruitment events as required.
• Experience in field sales / customer-facing recruitment will be preferred.
• Experience and reporting line are indicative and should be confirmed against the approved requisition.
