Human Resource Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding manpower requirements through candidate joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess skills, experience, qualifications, salary expectations, and
  notice period.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams; share interview schedules and follow up for
  feedback.
• Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment reports, and an updated talent database.
• Negotiate compensation within approved budgets and support offer release, acceptance, and joining follow-ups.
• Build candidate pipelines for technical, engineering, sales, service, and support roles as required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and close positions within agreed
  timelines.
• Follow recruitment processes and maintain accurate hiring documentation and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; HR / Business Administration qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Good sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Working knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring timelines.
