About the Role

Impactica Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented EdTech Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for various roles within the Education Technology (EdTech) sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle for various EdTech positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.

Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication skills, and role requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.

Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams regarding interview schedules and candidate feedback.

Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

6 months2 years of experience in recruitment; EdTech recruitment experience preferred.

Understanding of EdTech roles, such as Academic Counsellors, Admission Counsellors, Business Development Executives, Sales Managers, and other education-sector positions.

Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing, screening, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
