We are hiring Human Resources professionals with experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from Tier-2 Institutes

Role Purpose

Support Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives for IndusInd Bank by driving hiring, talent processes, HR analytics, stakeholder coordination and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate functions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, sourcing partners and candidates.
• Schedule interviews and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring dashboards.
• Support talent management initiatives including performance and talent reviews.
• Assist in employee engagement and learning initiatives.
• Prepare HR analytics and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and governance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed Tier-2 institute.
• 2 to 3 years experience in TA and/or TM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Banking or financial services exposure is preferred.
