Human Resource Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter

Qualification: MBA in HR / BBA in HR

Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC per month (Depends On our Interviews)

Eligibility: Experienced candidates only Freshers are not eligible.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA HR or BBA HR qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months to a maximum of 3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
• Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
