Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment databases and reports.
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.
