Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and the company career site.
• Understand job requirements by coordinating with concerned departments and hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews smoothly with line managers and candidates.
• Adapt to new recruitment tools and modern sourcing methods as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records including profiles in process, on hold, rejected, or selected.
