Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Manage recruitment for multiple positions across departments and locations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably in HR or Business Administration.
