Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, agile, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and business channels. The role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment, take ownership of hiring requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions and channels, including General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), Food Services (FS), Expert Marketing, E-commerce.
• Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, job portals, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Proactively identify and engage suitable candidates through active sourcing and talent mapping.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and decision-making.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and follow-ups until joining.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, hiring priorities, and role expectations.
• Track recruitment metrics, including open positions, time-to-fill, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Take ownership of recruitment targets and proactively address hiring challenges to ensure timely closures.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience using Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals for candidate sourcing and screening.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proactive approach, strong ownership, and a sense of urgency in meeting hiring requirements.
• Good communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
• Strong ability to build talent pipelines and work collaboratively with business teams.
• FMCG industry experience will be an added advantage.

Note: This is an off-roll position with Zydus Wellness, based in Gurugram.
