We're Hiring: HR Recruiter IT & Non-IT

Location: Malad West, Mumbai (Eureka Towers, Mindspace)

Clients: PAN India | Poland | Australia | Dubai

Experience: 0.6 to 3 Years

Mon–Fri: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM | Sat: (Alternate Saturdays 10:30- 6:00)

About the Role:

Conviction HR is seeking driven and passionate HR Recruiters to join our growing team! You’ll be working on IT & Non-IT mandates across both domestic and international markets, with access to a wide client base and a warm, collaborative work culture.

What You'll Do:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles

Source candidates using portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking

Coordinate interviews and manage client communications

Work on multiple job mandates across India and global locations

Maintain databases and close positions within deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

0.6 – 3 years of recruitment experience

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Excellent communication & multitasking abilities

Consultancy/agency background preferred

Motivated by targets and incentive opportunities
