Human Resource Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice and non-voice BPO processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, vendors, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess eligibility based on process requirements.
• Coordinate HR interviews, Operations (Ops) rounds, assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
• Ensure timely achievement of weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and hiring MIS.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, onboarding, and training teams to ensure smooth candidate movement through the recruitment process.
• Follow up with selected candidates for documentation, offer acceptance, pre-joining formalities, and joining confirmation.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, candidate source validation, cooling-period guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Identify reasons for candidate dropouts, offer declines, and no-shows, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular hiring updates and escalate recruitment challenges to the reporting manager.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BPO bulk hiring.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals, sourcing techniques, and interview management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on hiring quality and timely closures.
