Human Resource Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle multiple open positions and ensure timely closures by following up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in recruitment with a medical device or pharmaceutical company is preferred.
• Must be fast-paced, proactive, and capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills are essential.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
