Human Resource Recruiter

The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while aligning with organizational goals.

2 : Key Accountabilities

• Background verification
• Generation of offer letters
• Recruitment Tracker
• Onboarding
• Documentation

Responsiblities

1 Responsible for short listing and scheduling interviews including coordination, salary negotiation and generation of offer letters.

The job involves various HR activities such as end to end recruitment, issuing offer letters, MIS maintenance, joining formalities and Documenting

2 Liaising with recruitment consultants for critical manpower requirements.

3 Onboarding

4 MIS maintenance and updating.

5 Database Management.

6 Reference check. (BGV)

7 Coordination of Pre-employment health checks up.

8 Documentation filing and verifying of employee documents.
