Job Description

Extio Technology and Consulting LLP is looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT infrastructure positions. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals and be comfortable working in a fast-paced technology consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical suitability, communication skills, experience, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Recruit for technical roles such as:
  
• Java Developers and Spring Boot Developers
• DevOps Engineers and Linux Administrators
• Cloud, Kubernetes and Infrastructure Engineers
• Network Engineers and Production Support Engineers
• ITIL Managers/IT Project Coordinators.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and offer status.
• Coordinate salary negotiations, offer rollouts, joining formalities, and follow-ups with selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates to HR and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 13 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience using Naukri.com and other recruitment portals.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and technology hiring requirements.
• Strong candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and work with time-bound hiring targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for Java, DevOps, Linux, Cloud, Kubernetes, Networking, and IT Manager roles.
• Experience working in an IT services, software development, or technology consulting company.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics, time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and candidate pipeline management.
