Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of recruitment strategies, and the ability to identify and hire suitable candidates for various job openings.Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and department heads.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job portals and MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the company's requirements.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
