Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to identify and hire suitable candidates within the required timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and applicant records.
• Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates and hiring reports to management.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Qualifications: MBA or related studies

Experience: 2 to 3 Years
