Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR IT Recruiter with 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri and be capable of coordinating interviews and managing recruitment activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Handle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, experience, skills, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and resume screening through Naukri.
• Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Good communication and candidate coordination skills.
• Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable profiles.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to work from the office at Velachery, Chennai.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
