Fresh graduates interested in building a career in HR and Recruitment

Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and internal databases
Screening resumes and evaluating candidates based on experience, stability, and role fitment
Conducting telephonic screenings and coordinating interviews with clients.
Maintaining recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily/weekly/monthly reports
Collecting and verifying candidate documents and coordinating joining formalities.
