Human Resource Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both legal (lawyers) and non-legal roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer closure.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through multiple channels including campus hiring and internships.
• Drive internship and campus recruitment processes, while effectively partnering with business leaders and maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Qualification & Experience:MBA/Graduate
