Location: Baner, Pune – 411045 & Dr. D. Y. Patil, Talegaon Dabhade, Pune Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Seamedu is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, identify top talent, and support the organization’s hiring requirements within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels • Posting job openings on various recruitment platforms • Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates • Conducting initial HR screening calls and assessing candidate suitability • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with HODs, department heads, and management • Following up with candidates and interview panels throughout the hiring process • Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers • Coordinating salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities • Managing candidate documentation and recruitment records • Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Preparing recruitment MIS and sharing regular hiring updates • Supporting onboarding and induction activities

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition Experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines Strong follow-up, organizational, and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR software Experience in the education sector or IT recruitment will be an added advantage
