Job Description

NIIT is looking for an active, enthusiastic, and sourcing-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Gurugram. We are seeking candidates with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment who have a genuine interest in candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, comfortable reaching out to candidates, and eager to learn recruitment strategies while supporting the hiring requirements of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability, interest, and availability.
• Proactively reach out to candidates and build a relevant candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfil hiring requirements within defined timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and sourcing may also apply.
• Strong interest in candidate sourcing and proactive candidate engagement is essential.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to make regular candidate calls.
• Basic knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers will be an advantage.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work from the office in Gurugram, Sector 34.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.
