Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, headhunting, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Follow up on candidate selection, documentation, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
• Candidates with experience hiring for Sales, Services, Manufacturing, FMCG/F&B, or Logistics roles are preferred.
