Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational roles, including Team Leader (TL), Assistant Team Lead (ATL), Process Executive (PE), Van Field Executive (Van FE), and other warehouse positions.
• Understand manpower requirements from Operations Managers and hiring stakeholders.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, vendor networks, campus placements, and walk-in drives.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews with Operations Managers and ensure timely interview feedback.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, salary negotiation, offer release, and joining confirmation.
• Ensure timely offer release and onboarding as per approved manpower requirements.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, DPL status, interview feedback, offer status, joining reports, and hiring MIS.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, vendors, and relevant stakeholders for background verification (BGV), document verification, and onboarding requirements.
• Follow up with candidates to minimize offer dropouts and joining delays.
• Conduct placement drives, walk-in interviews, and campus recruitment activities to meet hiring targets.
• Monitor open positions, hiring TAT, sourcing effectiveness, and joining conversion.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and approval processes.
• Share regular hiring updates with the reporting manager and escalate recruitment challenges when required.
