We are hiring an HR Recruiter with 12 years of sourcing experience to handle candidate pipelines for YES BANK at our Goregaon office.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates actively through portals like Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate fitment.
• Assess communication skills and verify candidate eligibility.
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain daily trackers of candidate pipelines and interview status.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience using major job portals (Naukri, Shine).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner with high operational speed.
• Must reside along the Western Line for an easy commute
