Human Resource Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Meet defined recruitment targets and turnaround times.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with the HR/TA team to understand hiring priorities and closure timelines.

Required Skills

• 13 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of IT skills, technologies, and recruitment processes.
• Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
