Human Resource Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with US Staffing experience to join our team.

The recruiter will be responsible for finding, screening, and submitting qualified IT candidates for US-based job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Review resumes and match candidates with job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Check candidate skills, experience, location, rate, and work authorization.
• Work with Account Managers to understand job requirements.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• 0- 5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of US recruitment processes.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and job portals.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and job descriptions.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Shift timings - Evening Shift "5PM to 2PM" or "6PM to 3PM"
