Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for API manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Handle hiring for Production, QA, QC, R&D, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse and support functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, campus and walk-in drives.
• Screen profiles and coordinate technical, functional and HR interviews.
• Manage offer release, candidate follow-up and joining process.
• Coordinate campus and bulk recruitment drives for freshers and experienced candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with HRBPs, Business Units and hiring managers for manpower requirements.
• Manage recruitment consultants and external agencies.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per approved manpower requirements.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR preferred
