Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication.
• Conduct preliminary screening of candidates over phone or video calls before scheduling face-to-face interviews.
• Follow up with candidates after interviews to ensure they are satisfied with the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in HR Recruitment (IT Staffing).
• B.Tech degree from a reputed institution (preferably from a good engineering college).
• Strong understanding of payroll administration, welfare management, contract labour management, industrial relations, plant HR, statutory compliance, IR & labour welfare.
