Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing manufacturing operations.

The role will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical, engineering, production, procurement, and administrative positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, agencies, colleges, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with management and technical teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Negotiate salaries and coordinate joining.
• Develop recruitment networks for non-IT and industrial positions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, mining, or other non-IT sectors.
• Strong experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 30,000- 50,000 per month (Net Salary)
