Human Resource Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references & other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates & hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions as per TAT
  • Conduct salary discussions and support offer & joining formalities
  • Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily hiring updates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current & future requirements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for manpower requirements and hiring priorities

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & job portals
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities
