Human Resource Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4+ years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. This role focuses exclusively on Talent Acquisition including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, pre-joining follow-ups, and onboarding management across both technical and non-technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and functional Job Descriptions (JDs) to manage full-lifecycle recruitment.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize portal tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, direct networking) to build and maintain a strong candidate talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screening & Evaluation: Resume screening, initial HR phone interviews, and candidate evaluations based on qualifications, experience, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate technical, managerial, virtual, and face-to-face interviews while providing timely feedback and updates to stakeholders and candidates.
• Offer Management & Compensation: Conduct salary expectations discussions, negotiate compensation packages within approved budgets, and handle offer releases.
• Onboarding Support: Lead pre-joining candidate follow-ups to minimize drop-outs and manage recruitment-side onboarding activities.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring MIS in MS Excel.
• Cross-Functional Hiring: Support recruitment across Projects, Engineering, Commissioning, Finance & Accounts, Sales, Procurement, Administration, and other core departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA / PGDM / MSW / Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition. Experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, Building Solutions, Construction, or Project-based industries is strongly preferred.
• Sourcing Tools: Expert proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social hiring channels.
• Functional Capabilities:
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vacancy hiring cycles under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, candidate management, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment dashboard reporting.
• Capability to read and comprehend technical and non-technical JDs effectively.
