Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
  
• Conduct initial interviews over the phone or via video conferencing to assess candidate fit.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, document verification, interview coordination, mass recruitment, offer generation, salary negotiations, screening profiles/resumes.
  
• Strong understanding of recruitment consulting principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
