Human Resource Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various NBFC roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with business stakeholders.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
• NBFC industry experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
