Human Resource Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and manpower needs from hiring managers and business teams.
• Source candidates through relevant recruitment channels and platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interview panels.
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through interview coordination.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment-related records as required.

Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and lateral hiring.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
