Hiring For HR Recruiter

Company: Talent Corp Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Chakan, Pune

Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month

Requirement: Only Female Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the provided database
• Explain job openings and company details clearly
• Screen candidates over the phone for basic eligibility
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain daily calling reports and follow-up records
• Support bulk hiring & mass recruitment drives
• Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and onboarding
• Learn end-to-end recruitment process step by step
• Ensure proper follow-up for interview attendance and joining

Skills Required

• Good communication & convincing skills
• Comfortable with tele-calling and regular follow-ups
• Willingness to learn HR & recruitment processes
• Target-oriented and energetic personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel knowledge is an advantage)

Education:

Any Graduate / MBA (HR Preferred)

Experience:

Freshers can apply
