Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Handle Sales, FMCG, Retail, Field Sales and Non-IT recruitment.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
