Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced BFSI Recruiter with strong expertise in portal-based recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring candidates through Naukri and other online recruitment portals.

This is an on-roll opportunity for candidates who are passionate about recruitment and have a proven track record in portal hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions across Pan India.
• Source candidates extensively through Naukri and other online recruitment portals.
• Use Boolean searches, keywords and filters effectively to identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location and job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline/database.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future BFSI requiremeRole & responsibilities
