Human Resource Recruiter

We are hiring HR Recruiters with 2+ years of experience in Healthcare / Hospital recruitment.

Healthcare / Hospital recruitment experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely submission of suitable profiles.
• Achieve sourcing and recruitment closure targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR Recruitment experience.
• Mandatory experience in Healthcare / Hospital recruitment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and candidate coordination skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets.
• Willingness to work from office at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
• Candidate must be available for direct walk-in interview.
• Female candidates preferred.
