Human Resource Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job postings on LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job description's qualifications.
• Schedule interviews with selected candidates and facilitate communication between them and the hiring team.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (talent acquisition).
• Strong understanding of sourcing profiles from various sources like job portals, networks, etc.
• Excellent interviewing skills with ability to assess candidate fit for open positions.
• Proficiency in creating compelling job postings that attract qualified applicants.
