Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across mining, engineering, HSE, maintenance, and support functions.
• Handle bulk/volume hiring and blue-collar & white-collar recruitment for site and operational requirements.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and functional heads.
• Maintain talent pipelines for critical, specialized, and remote-site requirements.
• Manage offer letters, joining documentation, onboarding, and site deployment.
• Coordinate with site HR and management to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
