• Source potential candidates through various channels including Naukri, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct targeted candidate searches using Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Screen candidate profiles as per job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Connect with prospective candidates to assess interest, availability, and suitability for open positions.
• Ensure timely sharing of relevant candidate profiles to the recruitment team.
